Jonathan Herskovitz is a 25-year veteran of the optical industry. He began his career with Pearle Vision as part of their management training program working in field-level store operations, advertising and marketing, and human resources. He later joined the team at Eyemart Express and stayed for 22 years, working his way up to president of the company. Through his leadership and experience in multi-unit operations, human resources, product development and procurement, accounting, real estate and advertising, the company grew from 20 stores to 171 and became the eighth largest super one-hour optical chain in the United States.

In 2015, Jonathan decided to expand his horizons and take on a whole new animal, literally, when he became the interim COO for CityVet, a multi-unit veterinary chain in Dallas. By restructuring unit-level management to focus more on client experience, as well as the development of store level management and veterinarians, the company experienced immediate revenue growth.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Texas, Austin, with dual degrees in finance and marketing. He serves on the Allocations Committee for the Jewish Federation of Dallas.

Jonathan is a strategic thinker who can assist in reducing complexity and implementing successful business strategies.
